Meditation doesn’t take up a lot of time, but you will need to be patient and persist at it.

Many people find after a while that it frees them from time, so you spend more time on other things.

Because you will be more in the here and now, your quality of time will improve.

Meditation is not complicated, there is no session deemed a success or a failure, as each time you do meditate, you will of learned something about your mind, and will benefit psychologically.

It will not make your mind blank or dead, as some people think just because you try and let thoughts flow by while you meditate, they think your trying to blank your mind accordingly, far from it.

Its about seeing life with a better vision and clarity, so you can take better and wiser choices and actions for things in your life that need to be changed.
