A lot of people assume the meditation a a religion which it is not, its just a way of retraining your mind.

However there are meditators who are religious, then again there are many other people who are not, who are keen meditators too.

But there are others positions you can use like sitting upright in a chair, or in other relaxing positions.

Plus many other meditation techniques that you can use.

Many people find after a while that it frees them from time, so you spend more time on other things.

Because you will be more in the here and now, your quality of time will improve.

Myth 4
Meditation is not complicated, there is no session deemed a success or a failure, as each time you do meditate, you will of learned something about your mind, and will benefit psychologically.

Myth 5
